looking for 6.8 spc load

Just purchased a used Rem. 700 PSS in 6.8 spc. Not sure of the twist but thinking it might be 1in10. I've looked at a lot of data but would appreciate some experienced data. I've read that a 110gr. bullet will work. Any help will be appreciated. I'm looking for a tack driving load.
Also looking for a load for my Win. 73 [clone] in 45LC
