Drive around until it smells like cat piss. That's where you can afford a house
Not opposed to Polk , Floyd is way too far.
The hut's they lived in on Gilligan's Island were built better than anything listed on that link.
Live in Yorkville in Paulding. Have a Rockmart mailing address. They are clearing land like crazy around me. Two new subdivisions and more coming. Don’t know what the prices for the homes are.
I'd love to find something out that way. My boss just moved out there and it's nice.
If you end up looking at a trailer on land, make sure your loan will cover what is considered a non-permanent structure. Wife and I found a decent little trailer on massive amounts of land and we're going to buy it and live there while we built our house but most mortgage companies treat it as just land.
So Lindale, Coosa, North Rome?
The VA loan won't cover mobile homes or modular homes
