Looking For Bear Hunt

Does anybody know of a good bear guide in north Georgia or does anybody have any land that has a good population of bear on it that I could pay to hunt on?
I have been doing the WMA thing the past 3 years with no success. Want to check around GA before I book a trip in another state.
