Looking for people with knowledge or experience with a Ford F150 5.4

Ford mechanic told me he was using an impact to take out the plugs now. 3/8 inch lite blows slow removal but no breaks in a long while.

I’ve done that a few times. Never broke one but my heart can’t stand the stress of wondering if one is going to break. Done them with socket and ratchet probably 50 times and only broke two plugs back when I first started changing them.
