Lots of SNIPER rifles for sale

I'm not debating what is, and what is not a sniper rifle, or a sniper's rifle. I'm just saying most of the stuff listed as sniper rifles are nothing close. Yes sniper rifles do exist. It's just silly to see some of the rifles that are called sniper rifles. How about we start a "Show your long range precision rifle thread"?

The "never fired" 60 year old beat to crap military surplus rifle threads are even better imo.

Jd, one of the sniper rifles ads also mentioned it was a tack drive... I was gonna ask the guy why he was sniping tacks but didn't want any lightning bolts from above Clearly, over the years in the military (leos as well) there are rifles that are commonly used as sniper rifles. I think of those as sniper rifles... just my take on it.

To me, sniper = military.

Realistically though, anyone who screws a scope onto a rifle is at risk of calling their weapon a sniper rifle.

a sniper rifle is just a rifle used by a sniper, if a sniper wants to use a Hipoint carbine as his rifle then guess what its a sniper rifle. I dont understand why folks get so up in arms about what other people call their stuff.

I'm going to the classifieds now to list my Hipoint assault sniper carbine with all my Clips even some high cap assault clips oh and it comes with a box of LONG COLT ammunition it doesn't work in the carbine but it looks better on your belt.
