Seriously though, some people think that stuff is pretty similar to what they prepare overseas in areas with no decent Asian restaurants. Just like a lot of Chinese people come here thinking McDonalds represents what we live off of until they have some smoked chicken, silver queen corn, and sweet taters!

Went to an asian owned buffet with American style food that that had a sign saying customers couldn't eat for more than _ hours with paying extra. Turns out they had a big group of people come in, pay once, and spend half the day eating!

I'm using that phrase from memory. There was a Chinese buffet place in Black Mountain, NC in the mid '90s where I heard the owner shout that at a 450+ lb customer. It was all going down as we walked in, LOL!
