M&P Pro apex trigger concern

I just installed the competition spring kit, USB, RAM and hard sear in my 5" pro series. It is 100x better than stock but it seems to had a bit of grit right when it engages the sear and also right at the end of the trigger pull (after it has fired). Anyone else felt that? Also, the pull isn't quite as light as I was hoping....no gauge though.

So, any pointers?

The kit comes with 2 sear springs. On the newer pro model, you have to run the bigger spring. I installed the small one

Bingo. S&W originally used a smaller spring and later moved to a larger one when they redesigned the sear block. Apex sends both springs so that the kit will be compatible with either sear block.
