Having gone through a few Blue Sky Imports I'll tell you the truth...it depends!
Seriously, I had one blue sky Garand that throated about 3, big the muzzle was 1.5-1.75'ish? Maybe close to 2? It shot well, functioned great.
The next Blue Sky throated over 4, close to 5 but the muzzle gauged 1.0!?!? Hmmm, inspected the barrel and it was shot out, almost no lands, the grooves were scarred from corrosive ammo. The crown looked odd, too squared off, but the barrel didn't measure any shorter. I took it to a former CMP armorer who enlightened me with the knowledge that Blue sky had , or so he firmly believed, some machine the somehow squashed the end of the barrel. Then they did a half hacked crown job. I wouldn't have believed this if I hadn't have seen it and trusted the armorer.
Have your barrel inspected and gauged. Chances are good you'll be okay. But if the throat is worn and the muzzle tight, the bullet will be wobbling down the barrel.
Otherwise Blue Sky was like CMP - they mix-mastered USGI parts.
