If you have to put a disclaimer about how you are not trying to flip ammo in your listing then you may be flipping ammo.....
If it's passing through a paper target and into the dirt, who cares if it's lead core or steel core. I'm not paying 3:1 for it.

So if/when a Republican president is back in office, will he be able to direct the AG not to enforce this ban? Just asking - embarassingly under studied on this kind of thing

Doesn't ATF for for Executive Branch of govt (president)?
Couldn't the next president (not that they would) just tell 'em through executive order to reverse the decision? Kinda like the current president and the immigration thing?
