Thats what I just heard..

I would rather see a major league Lacrosse team at least it's sport of north American origins.

They are supposed to announce today. Arthur Blank, Falcons owner, is trying to get a major league soccer team here, again. They will probably end up being another Atlanta team who will choke on playoffs, like the other Atlanta teams do.
