Make it to where even a ffl 03 can do a transfer and then everyone can do transfers for a one time fee of $30...

03 isn't to be used to transfer other people's guns. Only for one's personal collection. You're honestly not even really supposed to buy and resell. While there's no number of how many times you can do that. You certainly wouldn't want to be called into question about your A&D book.

ODT private clubhouse perhaps? Wait, why isnt there one of these already? Theres always ODT meet ups going on, why not a private "invitation only" "members only" club? I mean it would immediately be called a racist hate group but it would be in place if the site was compromised by law.

This question is begging to be answered
Would we really stop buying/selling/trading if they suddenly made it a felony?? I for one think not. This scenario is not much different than the more hotly debated topic of a federal registration database. I can bet that most of us on ODT would suddenly be "robbed" of our guns, or "Oh, I sold all my guns last week" if this scenario actually became reality.
