I sold my M48A and wish I hadn't. She was awesome. Put in a new firing pin spring and she would shoot the nastiest 8mm I could find. Shot tight group as well.

Here she is.

Miss her.

what you got?

I have 2 VZ24's One is sporterized and the other I am building is a Pre Germaan occupation Czech. Army issued VZ24. The receiver is from 1939 and still has the Rampart Lion chrest stamps on it.
The rifle is made of all pre WWII parts except the sling (Repro. K98) The Bayonet is from 1937 with sheath.
The bayonet was a German capture and has the barrel ring ground down as the Germans did to the.Czech. nayonets for some reason. I love the old Mauser 8mm's, they just have something about them that is addictive.
I have a 3rd barrel that will become another complete weapon at some point once I finish the one standard rifle.
