Venison meatball with, spicy ketchup, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, onions, parsley, panko bread crumbs and mushrooms, hugged in an onion shell then wrapped in BACON. 425 for 40-45 min.
They're on the oven right now will post pics when they're done.
Two have BBQ sauce on them. Will be cooking these again.
