Who was at the summer sanatarium tour in 99 at the GA dome?
Powerman 5000, System of a down, kid Rock, Korn and Metallica!
Best show I've ever been too, pre 9/11 days not a camera phone in sight.

Doubt I'll make this one, but if any band could get me back to Atlanta for a concert it would be metallica!
We got free tickets for their Lakewood (off schedule) because the Dome was so bad one year. Can’t remember which?

That was probably it. 1999. They gave everyone free tickets to a rescheduled concert at Lakewood because James hurt his back before the show.

But no one I know of thought the dome show was bad, quite the contrary it was pretty awesome because we got too see all the bands get together and sing vocals for Metallica. It was kind of impromptu and they rocked the house. Lead singer of Korn did a lot of the vocals and they were just jamming and putting on a show. Honestly the fondest concert memory I have. I was 15 years old, my parents thought I was spending the night at the neighbors that night

Could have been 1of 2 at the Dome in the 90’s . One , the dome was open and one not. I’ve been to so many , I don’t remember what year?? Maybe earlier? Lakewood was the best place to see a concert to us though. Lot’s of extraordinary stuff happened outside back then .

I don't know of another time they gave out free tickets to Lakewood so that had to be it.

Wasn't really free, it's just the lead singer of the headliner for the original concert wasn't there so they made up for it. Sound was definitely better at Lakewood obviously. But I had lots of good times and memories in the dome too.
