Post a pick of the inside of the rear trunnion if you can. I am really curious what it looks like in there. I think a wire sidefolder would look sick on there.

I think Im going with USMACHINEGUNs side folding mount/skeleton galil-ish stock, but Im going to make wood covers similar to the bakelite Polytech side folders:

Here is the first layer of stain. Its pretty close. I need to splotch some dark spots on there and then one more coat. Should match the bakelite fairly closely once done

I found a Chicom/polytech original stock for sale and just bought it. So ill either cut the trunnion off, tap the backplate, or just weld it on. Ill have to get my hands on it first

In other news,..Ive got my hand guard to match the bakelite...as closely as I can get anyways..just waiting on it to dry:

Bakelite mag ordered..Ill have to age/brown it a bit to match the darker bakelite furniture

To be honest that looks like a virgin underfolder trunnion, IE the same trunnion that was in my Mini Draco. I'll get mine out tonight and compare, but if it is, Dobbs can put an underfolder on that thing easy peasy.

yeah, that is a virgin underfolder trunnion. Dobbs can underfolder it super easy.
