It only takes one for you to get blamed for an accident that sends you to prison. I know a guy that had one beer. A drunk pulled out in front of him with a car load of people. The car load of people,all drunk , died and the guy that hit them spent from 17 to 27 in prison. He was not at fault for hitting them. They pulled out in front of him yet he went to prison. Seriously one beer. I would walk home before driving with one drink in me.

I definitely see that as a problem. But I'm a firm believer in the "1 drink, 1 hour" rule. I know people who will drink and immediately try to drive. Which is stupid no matter what your liver can tolerate.
