Mini Y Comp Removal

I have a Bushmaster with a factory installed Mini Y COMP muzzle brake pinned and welded on a 14.5" barrel that I would like to have removed.
Looking to add a BCM A2x to bring it to 16".
Any recommendations on this one? I'm Downtown and would prefer not to have to ship it off to anyone.
