Notice how they put a picture of the perp up like he's some kind of hero or something. I get that you can't shoot someone in the back trying to get away from you, but **** that guy.
Maybe other local idiots will learn a lesson from this. I used to get into a little trouble when I was that age too. But you better believe residential burglary was not on that list. How dumb do you have to be to climb up on someone's porch at night ?

Simple, shoot him in the back then flip him over and shoot him in the front. When the cops show up just say "he was coming at me and the first one hit him and spun him around and I guess my second one got him in the back..." Seems plausible to me.

This is why you need to understand your locality's laws. I know of very few places that allows you to shoot someone who is not a threat to your or someone else's safety/life. I feel for this guy, but he's an idiot.
