NO CUTTING WHEEL! Taurus pt 92's or 99's are easy enough to find. Must be milled...if you are truly interested in duplicating one of those pistols, I suggest you find someone that has access to some nice(CNC)mills and lathes, and probably a high end TIG machine, with a Love for guns that makes enough money that he's not hungry....
