My New Toy

So wife and I were out and about Saturday and I dropped by a pawn shop just to check out what they had on display and I found a Ruger Security Six 357 at a great price. Shows a little wear but functions perfectly. I've been looking for one so she came home with me. Gonna clean it up and maybe put a set of Houge or Pachmyer's on. Looks like it time to start loading .38 and .357.

I always loved them, but I'm picky. I just got me a S&W 27-2 from @Leatherhead

Those are great guns! I like to keep the factory wood grips and add a Tyler T-Grip adapter.

Give you more to hang onto, fills the hand better. It fills in part of the gap between the forward part of the grip and the rear of the trigger guard.

Yeah Ruger revolvers have always been my favorite. But I think I would leave the wood grips on it.
