took this this afternoon... just before a neighbor trespassed walking their dog in blaze orange... then at 5:30 here comes said dog running a doe.... haven’t even drawn down on a critter this year it’s been nothing short of frustrating....

I know exactly how you feel. I've had dogs follow me in and want to hang out within 100 yards of me for hours.

Anyways, how do you like that release? I just bought a bow a little over a month ago and think I'd rather have a thumb or a tension release over the wrist release I have now. Just getting used to it now so I'll be comfortable to hunt with it next now season.

I love it for just shooting around the house but I worry about dropping it or losing it in the woods, it is a fair amount louder as well which I’m not a fan of.

It’s my first season this year and I haven’t seen anything. Some days I heard dogs running others there were shot heard all around me... yet I won’t be discouraged, there’s always next year.
That a Dutch Shepherd in your profile pic?? Looks good.

If the dog isn’t on its owners propety and it’s running deer, shot the damn thing.
