Get a Tennessee ID card with the address of your property and obtain your license that way.

Since you are paying for your license I am assuming they don't have land owner tag that are free like Georgia.

If it was unprofessional enough I'd sent it to the local paper. Although depending on the part of TN, they may agree!
I'd like to live outside Chattanooga. But I'm living on the Georgia side.
