!@#$#! My Transfer got STOLEN by USPS!!!

my FFL just received an empty pistol case......... they've contacted ATF. It was supposed to arrive 2 days ago, went into "arriving late state". I opened a tracking inquiry yesterday. It was delivered today. FFL stated they will call the other FFL. need some advice here.... do I just wait?

I would call who you purchased it from and let them know. Hopefully you purchased it from a retailer.

If it was from an individual hopefully they got insurance.


I have received several opened empty packages over the past 6 months. All of them were obviously from gun places. My UPS man told me they are looking for the ammo.

do they weigh the package at every junction / stop? kinda pissed here that the pistol was taken OUT of the case, the case arrived. if they do find the pistol, it may no longer be in the condition I expect!

From what I've heard, it shows up pretty quick once the ATF gets involved. I guess they're good for something.

Only had one shipped from a private seller many years ago and was a nervous wreck until my FFL called confirming receipt.

now that the gun & mags are loose, outside the case, I'm not even sure I want it anymore. "scratch & dent" now. if they find it.
