Need 2 or 4 Punches Made on Metal Lathe

I'm looking for someone near Gwinnett that can make some punches on a metal lathe no larger than 1/4" in diameter.
A guy on another site made me some for free, but they don't turn out exactly how I wanted since I couldn't test it out. He said they only took him a few minutes to make.

Sounds like you want something quite specific, what's the details and what material ?

I would need help with some of the measurements. I want the punches for bullseye washers and domed support washers. I could bring example washers and the punches the guy made for me.
Some people make the washers from solid brass, one at a time on a lathe. They don't lie flat on the curved razor scales though and the edges are too sharp.
