Need 4 wheeler assistance

I did not pull them myself but did take it to a small engine place near my house who said they went through it and cleaned and replaced what was needed

Not being a small engine guru myself I am stuck having to trust them and I’m thinking now it may not have been done just told me it was

You need to pull the jets out run a small piece of copper wire through them and spray them out with carb cleaner . The hole in the jets are very small and clog up.
