Gotcha. Medallion is definitely a noticeable difference. I think I’ll just put mine up and hold on to it. I haven’t seen one ..... not even on the ODT!

I think the main problem for the Helwan regarding price is the quality of the locking blocks, some have bad metallurgy over all but this mainly applies for the commercial variants.
Since new manufacture locking blocks are available true Ebay now, the price for the Helwan's and Beretta 1951's will go up in the next coming years.
The new locking blocks are made out of top quality steel which surpasses the strength factors of a modern 92FS locking block.
This in combination with proper hardening and added radius cuts has resulted in the highest quality locking block ever made.
