Need advice with a bear situation

This guy is destroying the 3th feeder already
How can i keep him away .
Also is it legal to shoot him if a meeting occurs ?

Nope. Once he has found it the deer leave it. You can shoot him but not near the feeder. Have to catch him coming to it I think 200 yds and out of sight of the feeder but I could be wrong as regs change yearly. They are pests to a deer hunter

they gonna find corn in the bear and it goes south after that
