I just took a H&K P30 9mm in trade the other day. The problem is, that it looks like the lower part has been cerakoted fde or tan and is halfway worn off, so it looks terrible. I am not a huge fan of cerakoting so I guess my question is, do they make lowers for this pistol and does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks in advance.

You really don't have much choice but get the pistol recoated.
Take it to a shop that does such work and have the frame bead blasted to remove the messed up coating. See if you like the way that looks. If you do not, then you’ll have to get it Cerakoted.
Contact HK. They may not sell frames a la carte, but they may replace the frame at your cost if you send your pistol in to them.

sounds like it was either spray paint or Duracoat that wasn't properly done. try to take it off with acetone
