Need Help with German PPK Value

Hmmm. My googlefu has shown this is a post war pistol as stuP said. Guess family lore is bs.

Postwar gun, made in 1973. Can tell so by the Bundes Republik proof marks, serial number (which dates to 1973), the "Ulm" slide marking rather than "Zella-Mehlis", and the "73" date marking on the breech. Nice gun, fun caliber to shoot. Enjoy it or pass it along--either way, its a nice little gun.

Easiest way to tell is if it was not made in Thur. We blew up that factory towards the end of WWII.

After that they moved to ULM and so on. That one is post war for sure . Looks like a left over force match .
