I have acquired a Smith & Wesson 4" barrel for a 44 Magnum. The inside of the barrel looks like it has never been shot and the muzzle outside has a little wear.

Can anyone help me?? I thought Dan Wesson's were the only interchangeable revolver in 44 magnum.

Thanks

you could get a ruger frame and put this barrel on it. custom shops/handy folks in their garage used to do that to make the rugers more accurate

sorry can't help you with value

The barrel is not truly "interchangeable"

Most, if not all, revolver actions screw into the frame, and are not intended to be removed regularly. Most center fire rifles too, although there are notable exceptions.

It's one of those things the price of which depends on how bad someone needs to buy it and how badly you need to sell it -between $125-200.
