No. High performance = ragged out most of the time. If I couldn't afford a new or low mileage performance car, I'd skip the performance part.

Stock, stock, stock. That goes for any used anything. I don't want a car, truck, lawnmower, or a gun that's been screwed over.

Just my .02. If you're looking for something to specialize in, cheap performance ain't it. You'll have a ton of dissatisfied customers when the cheap cars break down. i think if I were to open a cheap used car lot, I'd:
1. Buy 1990's Impala's, Caprice Classic's, Crown Vic's from little old ladies who only drove them on sundays
2. Add the cheapest 22-26" rims you can find
3. Add cheapest loudest most obnoxious radio you can find
4. Find a bank that will finance people with no/bad credit at 50% interest
It's a winning combination so long as you get your money from the bank before the car rolls off the lot.
