I have used Fords for re-bluing after engraving and it was 4 months to complete. Fantastic results though.

I have time and patience but I cannot guarantee 100% flawless results. Shoot it Fords could do it for 300 even if it took 2 months that is 60 days you would be comfortable that it is in good hands.

Ford’s is a long-established, renowned business with a long track record. You read the popular gun magazines, look at some custom projects guys have done, and you’ll see Ford’s mentioned as the company they used to finish it up.

If I were shopping for a business to hand-polish my guns, “quick” is something that would cause me to look elsewhere......it ain’t a selling point. I think of “hand-polish” and “quick” together and I anticipate seeing washed out logos and lettering, rounded edges, and dished out recesses/screw holes.

I have heard some guys that do a whole revolver for around $150 but I am tired of all of the shipping costs and insurance so was hoping someone around here was a master at polishing.
