Came out rightAgree but also on pork butts, good dusting of salt and heavy coarse black pepper... hickory wood and some charcoal chunks running around 235... sprits the meat with 50/50 apple juice and vinegar... oh my

Stop by Harry’s Saw Shop in Martinez and pick out some Sucklebusters rubs. They have a pretty big variety from several labels, most of which are probably very good. Sucklebusters is definitely good.This one is the best I've had.
