Never been there, and unless they make it right, I will never go there. They should have at least called him prior to ordering the rifle to give him a chance to back out or the deal or go ahead with it.
Well I still shop at AO bc I have gotten great service, and when I ordered my AR's from them the cost was $1,100 each and when they came in they ended up being cheaper bc I bought multiples so the total was 978 each it was nice picking up 2 new AR's and them writing me almost a 400 check felt like I hit the lotto that day
Hope they actually follow up and make it right now.

Looks like most of those reviews are from when it was under previous ownership (been a few years now) as "Nick's." I'm sure that not all of them are, but looks to be at least several of them.
I wrote a good review about them in one OP's AO hating thread about his keltec. When they double charged me for a glock and the then new owner made it right,
