Negligant discharge

Probably to go after the guy who sold him the gun since he probably wasn't legal to own. Another reason to avoid a BOS.

So as the buyer had a GWL, you'd have to assume he'd been disqualified since it's issue, I wonder why ?

May be an old GWL mine is expired and I still have it and things can change. He could have been charged with domestic abuse since he got his GWL there are lots of scenarios.
 
I bought the gun from a dealer so no fears of it being stolen and guy showed his permit and DL so I should be fine. Maybe it was to keep the PD from keeping it since he lives around Atlanta? I was half asleep and texted a BOS.

Don't think i'd have done that....but I don't own a gun just knives
