Was in line first this morning at the opening of their new store. It is a lot smaller than the old store. There is only enough rack space for about 60 rifles.

The 03's are drill, and not very good ones. The old store had a mix of about 50 03 and M1 drill rifles on the racks. I am in the market for a working 03.
I picked up a SA 44 field grade(TE2 ME1)that looked all original except the trigger group. The stock was stamped with SA rebuild cartouche but it still has the original barrel, bolt, op rod, gas cylinder, and front & rear sights.

Did you notice the Carbine?

Had the ME TE backwards and edited post reply. I'm fairly new to milsurps and this is my first 44 barrel with a TE1. Yep $630.

Inland Carbine with new Criterion barrel and CMP stock. $775

The only thing I noticed that was't original on this M1 was the trigger group. It's a Winchester. Anyone have a late model HRA trigger group that needs to be swapped for a Winchester?

I need to check I will advise.

As for carbine for a shooter that would be nice (new barrel dings collector value)

Yea, I've got only one Carbine and it is hard to keep it in the 7 ring at 100 yards. I wonder how well those new barrels perform.
