New state dove license

The decline isn't due to costs imo. It has more to do with kids wanting to stay inside and play on their electronics. That decline is on all of us for not getting our kids into it.

Economists disagree with you. Increased cost always reduces demand.

There is a finite amount of discretionary income for everyone. A family outing to a dove field just got a lot more expensive. The heck with it, lets just rent a movie and stay home...............

So off topic a bit.... is opening day start at 1200 again this year? I have heard a lot of rumors of daylight on Saturday but cant find anything about it in the regs....

Increased cost may decrease demand but it can increase gross income.

Anyway the number of hunting licenses have trended upward the last couple of years.

Man that lifetime license has paid for itself so many times.....

I bought mine in 2004. I've been hunting for "free for 4 years now and every year for the rest of my life. I'm 39 so it should work out in my favor for a change.

Bought my son one when he was a year old, he'll have it made.
