New years hunt

I’m out here, nothing yet. I think my deer stayed up drinking too much last night and are sleeping in.
Back in the ladder amongst the thick pines, prayin some deer come along. Been somewhat of a tough season. In spite of everything, I try and remind myself of this, "If I wait on the Lord, I will receive what He can do, if I don't, I'll only get what I can do." Good luck yall 
Last night at this spot I was covered up in deer. The only problem is I wasn’t here. I have a friend close by that’s building his house so I went and helped him run hardi board all day on his soffits and gable. The whole time I was up on a ladder my phone was exploding from my cell cam.

Well the wife decided to let the dogs out and of course the little dachshund start’s barking her head off probably chasing the deer that were heading to me. Then the wife is yelling at the dogs. There’s a reason I let the dogs out before I hunt. So this doesn’t happen. That’s how it goes. Urrg, might as well go fry some bacon and eggs because this hunt is toast.
