I see most people on here sell without a Bill of Sale requirement. However, most websites recommend using one. So what are your opinions for a sale in GA?

In all seriousness, they’re not required by law and they are pretty taboo here on the ODT. I don’t require one but if the other party wants one, I don’t balk at it either. It doesn’t hurt my feelings either way. Some folks get really bent out of shape over the issue but it’s like price...if it’s too much to ask, I just move on. No blood, no foul.
