New to reloading. .223 on a budget?

If you want a portable setup to do at work look at thing like hand primers and the Lee Trim tools. Then you don't have to pull everything out each time

Equipment:
Single Stage Press mounted to a board and c-clamps
Dies (any brand)
Shellholder
Hand Primer
Lee or RCBS Trim tool
Load Block
Scale (Gempro)
Powder scoop (for portable I think a thrower is a bit to fragile)
Tumbler (HF)
Primer Pocket cleaner
Case Lube
calipers

Your schedule could be something like:
Get Brass, tumble clean - at home, just toss it in and run
Decap/Resize - Needs the press, dies and shellholder
Brass Prep - Trim, primer pocket clean - No press needed
Clean again - gets rid of junk and case lube
Primer - use hand primer
Load - Press, scale, dies, scoop, etc

You end up doing a decent amount of brass prep with reloading. Several of the steps don't need a press or anything that you can't hold in your hands, easy enough to have 2 buckets and just grab a piece, trim, toss in next bucket. The loading will be a little slower this way but it's also safer if you weigh every round.

$112 Lee setup, just add dies.
