Wasn't sure how that works...I don't have anything NFA.

So can someone with a trust, etc have it transferred or no?

Man, it's about time to start stamp collecting! There's a number of ways, but you would need to form 4 it and pay the $200 tax stamp. I've done all mine through a trust. This is actually a pretty good deal for a Colt SBR.
