Do you guys not have a Concealed Weapons Permit?

You had to be fingerprinted for that. They already have everything on you. Yeah it sucks monkey nuts, but are you going to let something so minimal that you have already done hold you back from obtaining what you want?

If you don't have CWP for those reasons then I'm not talking to you.

Unless you plan on a life of crime, getting fingerprints aren't going to harm you in any way. Trust me, I would rather not get fingerprinted. However, that's not going to stop me from getting the toys I want.

Oh. I thought Mr. President signed the order today and wiped out the Trust route. I did file a Form 1 about an hour ago thinking it might slip past. I reckon I was scaired for nuthin.

And just for Final Clarification: I thought Obama was signing an Executive Order abolishing the use of Trusts. So this is not true. But 41P is definitely happening, but it is does not abolish NFA Trusts, just makes their use more of a hassle.

Correct, though it appears the term "responsible person" is up for debate. In other words, how much of a hassle is it going to be?

Absolutely not. Get everything you can prior to July 1st. That way you don't have to worry about whatever crap storm might come down the pipe after the implementation of 41P.
