Hard to pick just one. The 30 year old Linkwood I opened and tossed the cap on my birthday was good.
My goto whisky is Auchentoshan Three Wood... Followed closely by Tobermory 15y. Now if we're talking whiskey then I love Green spot. However, it's gotten more popular to where you can even get it here in the states. A new to me favorite is Writers Tears copper pot. Unfortunately one of my other Irish favorites, Bushmills 16y has recently been discontinued...

I picked up a Four Roses 50th anniversary small batch.
I've been enjoying some Woodford Reserve, Distillers Select as of late. Admittedly, I'm a YUGE fan of Jameson as well as Makers 46.
I'll be making a pit stop tonight as supplies have gotten lower than I would like. Any suggestions?
