No BOS vs Required BOS

So I was in a lgs today and ODT came up and the conversation went to the no BOS topic. Of course he didn't like the idea and brought up some issues with it.

FIRST OF ALL
I am an advocate of no BOS...please give opinion: (I am new so forgive me if this has been discussed. I am also aware of ga law regarding the sale of guns)

ISSUE
1. Purchasing a stolen gun with no bill of sale( through no fault of the purchaser)...resale of that gun...and legal issues regarding the transactions.

Please discuss protocol for prevention.

I've been on here from almost day (1) and have never seen/read anyone posting about them buying a stolen gun on here ?? maybe they have and I missed it. I think its pretty safe on here, theres even a risk of buying one from a gunshop/pawnshop too ( I know that for a fact myself ) so don't let that deter you from this site.

Well, I stand corrected ! After reading about the posted REPORTEDLY stolen AR scam/trade today on here I must eat my words. It's the first time I've seen a post such as this on here, hate to see it start although I'm not surprised it happened, just glad it was'nt me involved.

Sometimes people needs to learn how to articulate vs thinking a bos will keep them out of trouble.
