1) mine do have cheese
2) broth poured on bread with meat
3) celery stuff replaced with peperoncini's
4) enjoyed every bite

Where was Portillo's? I used to go to a little hole in the wall place called Dudley's, on Adams In between State and Wabash across the street from Miller's Pub. Thought theirs were awesome, gyros and red hots too.
