You can get a new 75C for less than $500. I got this one at AO for $449 I believe. The grips I got from a gentleman named Hakan Pek. He is from Norway and makes custom grips for CZ's, Dan Wessons, and 1911s. IIRC, I paid $95 shipped for these (Flame Ambione)

I have a feeling I may have one of these in the next few months

CZs are becoming commonplace in stores, and they went from almost nonexistent in USPSA production division to making up a sizeable chunk of the shooters in the southeast, west coast, and midwest.

Here's mine at the 2012 Pro Am Shooting championship. It was hot and it rained sideways on top of us and our gear both days of the match.

that gun needs some more tlc so it can serve you even more years of service but the gun sounds like it performed admirably under the conditions or is the rust looking tip just cosemtic
but those guns do well
