You can turn a oil filter into one real easy with just an adapter and they are real quiet for just about any caliber. I would not suggest doing so because its a huge fine and/or I believe 10 years in jail.

I would suggest not even posting about it, much less trying it.

Long and short is it is not powder propelled..Much as a bow or crossbow using a whisper biscuit or a 300 whisper vs 300 black out.

I always laugh out loud at sports shops when someone screws the name of those up...

and there is always one that will call it a "whisker biscuit".

Actually, you can legally buy the "Kit" and the SN is affixed to the "adapter" just like any other NFA Item need the stamp to legally own
