I've never been to an ODT swap meet, if i want to purchase a gun i like, or sell them a gun, or trade guns, is a bill of sale and other paperwork required, or is it just like buying, selling,trading here online where it is up to the buyer and seller to report it to the government?

I sold a boat and motor once and made a profit, which I didn't report it to uncle Sam. It's the same as stealing.

Somebody told me the guy running the taco concession was going to be trading tacos for ammo. Sounds like a good deal to me unless the trade has to be heavily in his favor.
