Thanks for the reply man.I submitted April 20th (give or take a few days) and my forms went pending in the NFA's system about two weeks ago. I think I have about a month left which would put me in about 6 months total. I was originally told 4 but I knew the NFA would get more paperwork from people avoiding the new requirements.

I'm guessing he's speaking of an e-filed Form1... in which case 6mo. could be about right. But that'll trend up I think with the mad rush that happened in May, June and July.When you say that your forms went pending, where did you go to check to see that they were pending and what exactly does it mean when they are pending?
