ODT NFA tracker thread

Filed two form 4s in June and just curious about how long I have to wait for a response.

I submitted April 20th (give or take a few days) and my forms went pending in the NFA's system about two weeks ago. I think I have about a month left which would put me in about 6 months total. I was originally told 4 but I knew the NFA would get more paperwork from people avoiding the new requirements.

i would start calling around Feb. 2017

maybe Christmas of 2018......but by then, they will be completely illegal to possess......so basically you'll never get it, lol.

I am at day 207 on a form 4. Item purchased at the end of Feb.

Strap in... gonna be a long 8+mo. wait for you would be my guess.

When you say that your forms went pending, where did you go to check to see that they were pending and what exactly does it mean when they are pending?

Was this for a Form 1 or 4? I think you're being overly optimistic I'm sorry to say.

I wouldn't bet on the 6 months total. Mines been pending for a couple of months, cleared check on March 18th. I haven't heard any March Form 4s coming in yet.

When you say that your forms went pending, where did you go to check to see that they were pending and what exactly does it mean when they are pending?

I'm guessing he's speaking of an e-filed Form1... in which case 6mo. could be about right. But that'll trend up I think with the mad rush that happened in May, June and July.

Form 4's... even worse. My guess is 10-12mo waits before all the pre-41p stuff gets out of jail.
